Seven individual projects based at three different universities form the Research Unit on Voluntariness, consisting of nineteen principal investigators, researchers, student assistants, and administrative staff. It benefits from regular meetings as well as an immediate exchange of work in progress between all its members.

Our coordinating team, based at the Department of History, University of Erfurt, is dedicated to ensuring a well-organized working context.
